About me
Doris Herrmann
People are important to me. Logistics has been my world for over 25 years. A world that connects people, information, services and processes both locally and globally. A world that is constantly changing and a world that overcomes many challenges. What inspires me above all are the people in this world. They create connections between the physical and digital elements and enable a sense of togetherness. Logistics are people.
As an industrial clerk and a master of science with a focus on industrial management, logistics and organizational psychology, I have 25 years of experience and a deep understanding of the processes and challenges of modern business, many of them in management positions. I came to my Master's degree in “Positive Psychology & Coaching” by chance, but I was immediately enthusiastic and convinced by it. Positive psychology is a science that focuses on the positive aspects and resources of an organization and its employees. It deals with both strengths and weaknesses and aims to enhance the best things in life. And I would like to make a contribution to this in the future. Companies should not only pay their employees with their salary, but also in ultimate currencies such as well-being, trust, proper appreciation, empowerment, team flow, strength-oriented leadership. Employee satisfaction is a good investment in the future. Increasing the well-being of employees has a lasting positive effect on the economic success of a company. Yes - well-being pays off!

In my work, I combine business and logistical expertise with a deep knowledge of the effects and mechanism of actions of positive psychology, coaching as well as strengths-oriented mindfulness and leadership.
